Saints wide receiver Lance Moore will miss his second straight playoff game with a hamstring injury. His absence isn't a big surprise, as he also sat out the season finale against the Panthers and last week's NFC Wild Card game against the Lions. Earlier Saturday he tweeted his regrets:

Game day! Wish I could be out there w my teammates today. I will be an extra set of eyes on the sideline. Coach Moore is in full effect lol

The rest of the Saints' inactive players are: CB Leigh Torrence, LB Nate Bussey, G Eric Olsen, TE Tory Humphrey, TE John Gilmore, DE Turk McBride.
The 49ers also released their inactives: CB Shawntae Spencer, TE Delanie Walker, QB Scott Tolzien, WR Joe Hastings, NT Ian Williams and offensive linemen Daniel Kilgore and Mike Person.
