Aside from notching three wins this weekend, the NFC West was able to avoid major injury to any of its teams.
NFC West injury report: Division survives Week 4 without major concerns
Only St. Louis Rams’ defensive end Eugene Sims was knocked out of the game.

In a 19-13 win over the Seattle Seahawks, the St. Louis Rams saw backup defensive end Eugene Sims leave the field with a head injury that was likely a concussion. He did not return to the game. Defensive tackle Michael Brockers left briefly with an ankle injury but returned.
The Seahawks had left guard James Carpenter leave briefly with a right knee injury, but he was able to return to the game.
The San Francisco 49ers and Arizona Cardinals had the perfect kind of days. Both teams recorded victories and no injuries. The 49ers could get running back Brandon Jacobs back next week, who has missed all season with a knee injury.
Meanwhile, Josh Skelton could give Arizona another option at quarterback in Week 5. It’s a short week, though, as the Cardinals play the Rams on Thursday night.
