Arizona Cardinals tight end Todd Heap is officially listed as questionable on the team's injury report for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills. Heap has been dealing with a knee injury and hasn't played since the team's Week 2 game against the New England Patriots. Heap did manage to catch five passes for 62 yards in that game. He has eight catches for 94 yards on the season.

The Cardinals have a friendly matchup against an underwhelming Bills defense. Heap will be a game time decision, though. If he manages to play, the Cardinals’ tight end could be in for a productive day.

Fantasy Impact: Todd Heap is tough to rely on in fantasy football this week because of his injury status and his questionable quarterback play. Heap is talented and plays a big role in Arizona’s offense when healthy, but he may take a few weeks to work himself back up to full speed.
