The San Francisco 49ers prepare to host the New York Giants in a rematch of last season’s NFC Championship Game. With the 4:25 p.m. kickoff approaching, the lists of inactive players for each team are out.

Inactive for the Giants are: WR Jerrel Jernigan, S Kenny Phillips, RB Andre Brown, DE Adewale Ojomo, OT James Brewer, TE Adrien Robinson and DT Rocky Bernard.
The 49ers in actives are: QB Scott Tolzien, WR A.J. Jenkins, RB LaMichael James, S Trenton Robinson, RB Brandon Jacobs, G Joe Looney and NT Ian Williams.
Kickoff is scheduled for 4:25 p.m. ET at Candlestick Park in San Francisco, Calif. The game is being broadcast on FOX.
