Lions vs. Bears score update: Bears lead 10-0 at halftime

The Chicago Bears lead the Detroit Lions 10-0 at halftime on Monday night, but the Bears may be without Jay Cutler, who left the game late in the first half with a possible rib injury.

Cutler was injured when he was sacked awkwardly by Lions defensive tackle Ndamukong Suh. Cutler returned to the game after missing one play, but he went into the locker room early with a possible rib injury. Before he left, Cutler completed 9-of-17 passes for 73 yards and a touchdown. He also rushed twice for 35 yards.

Matt Forte had a solid first half, rushing 13 times for 69 yards. Brandon Marshall caught four passes for 56 yards in the first half, including the Bears' lone touchdown. The Bears added a Robbie Gould field goal for the 10-0 lead. Chicago had a chance to extend its lead, but Gould had a second field-goal attempt blocked.

While the Bears have had their moments, Detroit's offense was unable to get much going offensively. Detroit racked up just 91 yards in the first half, gaining two first downs. Matthew Stafford completed 8-of-15 passes for 43 yards. Calvin Johnson was held without a catch.

The Bears will get the ball to begin the second half.
