Chris Givens has left Sunday’s game with an apparent toe injury. His return is listed as questionable.

The injury is a disappointing result on a record day for Givens, who is the first receiver since 1966 to have five consecutive games with a 50-yard reception. Early in the game, he and quarterback Sam Bradford found success on the 50-yard touchdown pass, but without him, it remains to be seen how well the Rams' offense can stretch the field. That touchdown pass accounts for 50 percent of Bradford's passing yards in the game. Against a vaunted offense like New England's, the Rams need to ensure they can stay in step.

If Givens in unable to return, the Rams will turn to veteran receiver Steve Smith, who was brought in during free agency. He has 11 receptions for 114 yards on the season.
