Packers Vs. Colts Game Recap: Colts rally back, upset Packers 30-27

The Indianapolis Colts rallied back from an 18-point halftime deficit to upset the Packers 30-27

Indianapolis quarterback Andrew Luck found Reggie Wayne in the endzone for a 4-yard touchdown with 35 seconds to play and the Colts upset the Green Bay Packers 30-27.

Green Bay led 21-3 at halftime but the Colts came storming back with 16 points in the third quarter to pull within two points. They took a one-point lead in the fourth quarter, but Aaron Rodgers put the Packers ahead 27-22 with a his third touchdown pass of the game with 4:34 to play.

That is when the rookie Luck took over leading the Colts on a 13 play, 80-yard drive that resulted in the touchdown pass to Wayne and the win for the Colts. Luck completed 31-of-55 passes for 362 yards and two touchdowns. The touchdown pass capped a huge game for Wayne who finished with 13 receptions for 212 yards and a touchdown.

Rodgers once again led the Packers into position, but Mason Crosby missed a potential tying 51-yard field goal attempt and the Luck took one final knee to complete the comeback.

Fantasy studs and duds

Andrew Luck threw for 362 yards and a touchdown while rushing for 24 yards and another touchdown. Reggie Wayne was the biggest beneficiary, catching 13 passes for 212 yards.

Despite throwing for just 243 yards, Aaron Rodgers threw for three touchdowns while also rushing for 57 yards.

Injury report

The Packers offense took a couple of hits during the game with Jermichael Finley and Cedric Benson both left the game with injuries. Finley suffered a shoulder injury while Benson suffered an apparent leg injury.

Did they cover?

Green Bay opened as a 7-1/2-point favorite, a number they failed to cover with their loss.
