Week 10 of the NFL regular season concluded Monday night when the Pittsburgh Steelers edged the Kansas City Chiefs, 16-13, in overtime. Though, the Chiefs fell to 1-8 overall, it seems the Denver Broncos are the AFC West team that suffered the biggest loss this past week.
NFL injury report: Broncos DE Elvis Dumervil suffers strained shoulder
The AFC West injury report after Week 10 of the NFL regular season.

Broncos defensive end Elvis Dumervil suffered a strained shoulder in Sunday's 36-14 victory over the Carolina Panthers. The injury, initially thought to be a tear until Monday's MRI revealed a different diagnosis, could keep him out of the Week 11 showdown with the San Diego Chargers.
Also getting dinged up in the easy win was linebacker Von Miller, wide receiver Demaryius Thomas and quarterback Peyton Manning, who were all momentarily shaken up; however, all returned to action.
The Chargers, the Broncos’ opponent this Sunday, are dealing with a handful of injuries themselves.
Nose tackle Aubrayo Franklin could miss multiple games after suffering a bone bruise to his knee in Sunday's 34-24 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Also trying to return to full strength are tackle Jared Gaither (groin) and linebacker Antwan Barnes (leg). Both players missed Sunday's contest and are questionable for Week 11.
Meanwhile, the Oakland Raiders are hoping veteran defensive end Richard Seymour can return to action after missing Sunday's 55-20 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Seymour (hamstring) is questionable for this Sunday's game against the New Orleans Saints.
Other players trying to get healthy after missing Week 10 action are running backs Mike Goodson and Darren McFadden, who both are recovering from high ankle sprains.
Despite not winning Monday, the Chiefs did not suffer any major injuries in Monday’s loss.
