Sam Greenwood

The Jacksonville Jaguars defeated the Tennessee Titans, 24-19, in Jacksonville on Sunday for just their second win of the season.

The Jags were led by quarterback Chad Henne's 261 yards passing, two touchdowns and one interception as the Jags never trailed and held on late after the Titans pulled within two in the fourth quarter. Cecil Shorts III had 105 yards receiving on just four catche,s including a 59-yard touchdown pass from Henne in the third quarter that made it a 14-6 Jacksonville lead.

Titans quarterback Jake Locker didn’t have his best game, going just 23 for 40 for 259 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions. Chris Johnson rushed for 80 yards on 21 carries, but 31 of those yards came on one run as the Jaguars were able to bottle him up for most of the game.

The Titans drop to 4-7 and the Jaguars improve to 2-9 on the season.

Winners: Henne, Shorts III and the fantasy football waiver wire.

Losers: Locker and the Titans having to go home after losing to a formerly one-win team.
