The game is the first of two between the Dolphins and Patriots this season. Recent history has went in New England’s favor, as it has won the last four games against Miami. The last Dolphins win in the series came on Dec. 6, 2009.
The Patriots have won five straight games and have not lost a division game this season.
Despite being three games better in the standings, the Patriots have been as safe a pick as Miami this season. Both teams have covered the spread in five of their 10 games.
