The Oakland Raiders host the Cleveland Browns Sunday afternoon in a game of two teams with the same record, but with seasons that seem to be going in opposite directions. The Cleveland Browns are coming off a big win against the Pittsburgh Steelers and have a one of the best rookies in the NFL in Trent Richardson. The Raiders on the other hand have lost four in a row in a season mired by injury and inconsistent play. As a result, many analysts are picking the Browns to beat the Raiders in Oakland.

Many experts see the Cleveland Browns carrying the momentum of last Sunday’s victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers in to Oakland to face the Raiders.


Of the 15 ESPN expert picks for the game, nine of them are going with the Browns. Meanwhile, Yahoo!‘s Mike Silver is taking the Raiders to defend their home turf, while Jason Cole and Les Carpenter are taking the Browns.
Locally, the San Francisco Chronicle is taking the Raiders as well. The game may come down to whose running game performs better. The forecast for Sunday’s game calls for a 100 percent chance of rain and heavy winds. Kickoff is set for 1:25 p.m. PT.
