During the off season the Chicago Bears made a big trade to acquire wide receiver Brandon Marshall. The idea behind the move was to finally add a legitimate #1 receiver for Jay Cutler, and jump-start an offense that leaned too heavily on running back Matt Forte. This year the plan has worked perfectly, and today was no different as Marshall is having a huge day against the Tennessee Titans.
Bears vs. Titans: Brandon Marshall has 9 receptions, 122 yards and three touchdowns
Brandon Marshall is shining against the Titans

With 11 minutes left in the forth quarter, Marshall has easily eclipsed the 100-yard mark with 122 yards receiving on nine receptions, including three touchdowns. The receiver’s first score came in the first quarter on a fairly routine 13-yard reception, but his second was a perfectly lofted deep ball from Cutler, where despite being double-covered, Marshall had enough of a step that he was able to haul in the 39-yard pass for the touchdown.
It’s likely Marshall will finish today’s game with over 800 receiving yards on the season, and there’s no sign of him slowing down.
