Santana Moss sufffered a concussion in the Washington Redskins' 21-13 loss to the Carolina Panthers, and should be considered questionable going forward.
NFC East injury report: Santana Moss leaves game with concussion
Santana Moss had to exit the Washington Redskins’ game with a concussion, while Philadelphia Eagles right tackle Todd Herremans strained a tendon in his ankle, leaving the team without four offensive line starters from last year.

The veteran receiver hasn't had the production he has in the past in his 12th season in the league, but he still leads the Redskins with five touchdowns. He had one catch for two yards when Josh Norman hit him on Sunday, and he left the game with a head injury later diagnosed as a concussion. The team will follow the league policy on returning players from head injuries going forward, determining his status for the team's Nov. 18 game against the Philadelphia Eagles after a bye week. Moss' loss would be yet another player hurt in the Redskins' passing game, as fellow receiver Pierre Garcon has yet to return from a knee injury and tight end Fred Davis is out for the season.
Philadelphia Eagles right tackle Todd Herremans strained a tendon in his right ankle and had to be helped off the field, making him the fourth starter from last years' Eagles offensive line to go down with an injury. With backup right tackle Dennis Kelly already replacing right guard Danny Watkins, whose nagging ankle injuries have kept him out indefinitely, Demetress Bell slid in to replace Herremans up front. Herremans is considered questionable going forward.
Tight end Martellus Bennett had a noticeable limp after the New York Giants' loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers, although the extent of his injury and status going forward is unknown. The Dallas Cowboys didn't suffer any major injuries in their 19-13 loss to the Atlanta Falcons.
