Everything went wrong for the Titans in a 51-20 loss to the Chicago Bears, but somehow the game got a little bit worse for Matt Hasselbeck as ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the NFL fined the Titans quarterback $15,750 for a horse collar tackle of Kelvin Hayden.
One last indignity, Titans QB Matt Hasselbeck fined for horse collar tackle
Hasselbeck finished the game 20-of-35 passing with 194 yards, one touchdown and one interception that was returned for a touchdown by Brian Urlacher in a 51-20 loss.

The penalty occurred in the fourth quarter with the Bears already up 44-12 after Hayden picked up a fumble from tight end Jared Cook. The horse collar tackle that brought down Hayden on the Titans' four-yard line drew a penalty that moved the ball half the distance to the goal. The Bears scored on a five-yard touchdown pass from Jay Cutler to Brandon Marshall three plays later to extend their lead to 51-12.
