Aqib Talib left Monday night's game between the New England Patriots and the Houston Texans due to an apparent hip injury. Talib landed awkwardly on a Texans third-down play late in second quarter. He was able to walk off the field, but was spotted holding his hip on the bench. Talib is questionable to return.

Aqib Talib left Monday night’s game between the Patriots and the Texans late in the second quarter due to an apparent hip injury.
Talib is, unfortunately, not a stranger to hip issues. He was placed on injured reserve late during the 2010 season due to a torn tendon in his hip. He has yet to play a full 16-game slate in his career. Talib missed five games earlier this season due to a suspension for violating the NFL’s policy on performance-enhancing drugs, after testing positive for Adderall.
Talib has been the Pats' top cornerback since being acquired in a trade from the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in mid-November. He has made an immediate impact, with 12 tackles, one pass breakup and one interception in three games played.
