Justin Smith not expected to play Sunday with elbow injury
The 49ers’ Justin Smith is not expected to play tomorrow against the Seattle Seahawks due to an elbow injury the defensive end suffered last week against the New England Patriots.

The defensive end suffered the elbow injury last week in the second half against the New England Patriots. While Smith attempted to play through it once, it didn't work and he came back to the sidelines and missed the remainder of the game.
Smith, 34, has just three sacks in 14 starts this season, but that’s complemented by 47 tackles and 18 assists.
The San Francisco 49ers could clinch the division with a win against the team chasing them, the Seattle Seahawks, on Sunday but may need to do it without one of the top defensive players in the game.
