The Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans could both benefit from losses Week 17, but someone has to win. Oddsmakers think it will be the Tennessee Titans, who are modest favorites against the 2-13 Jags.

Next to nothing has gone right for the 2-13 Jags, who would cost themselves a shot at the first overall pick with a win. That said, they've shown fight, coming within a touchdown of beating the New England Patriots Sunday. Tennessee, on the other hand, appeared to have packed it in for the season in their Week 16 outing, giving up 55 points and only getting on the scoreboard with less than two minutes to go. The Titans could have more to gain from a loss, as Jacksonville can't fall below the third spot in the draft order while Tennessee could advance higher in the top ten.
Despite Tennessee’s awful showing and Jacksonville’s signs of life, the Jaguars’ reputation precedes them: they’re four-point underdogs against Tennessee. They’ve actually played well against the spread thus far this season, going 7-8, while the Jaguars are 5-10 both on the season and against the spread.
