Neither team really wants to win Week 17 in an AFC South matchup between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Tennessee Titans, but someone will, and pickers aren't completely sure who it will be.
NFL picks and predictions Week 17: Jaguars vs. Titans
The Tennessee Titans are expected to beat the Jacksonville Jaguars in a game with no playoff implications, but not by much. Both teams would benefit in the draft order from a loss.

The two teams have combined for seven wins on the year; five for the Titans, and two for the Jaguars, who could pick first overall in the 2013 NFL Draft. A loss could let Jacksonville pick first, but they can't fall farther than second. Meanwhile, Tennessee's playoff odds have also been shot for a while. They mailed it in last week in a 55-7 loss to the Green Bay Packers, not even getting on the board until there were under two minutes to go, while Jacksonville stayed in the game late against a New England team that still has something to play for.
Regardless of who wins, pickers seem to think the game will be ugly. Joel Thorman of SB Nation predicted a 13-9 win for Tennessee, matching the four-point spread for the game. All three pickers for Yahoo, as well as users in their Pick’Em pool, sided with Tennessee, while CBS’ experts were mixed, with four of seven siding with the Titans, as did their prediction algorithm.
