National experts are picking the Atlanta Falcons to beat the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.
Mike Silver and Jason Cole of Yahoo! Sports are joined by a panel of eight CBSSports experts picking the Falcons to beat the Panthers on Sunday.
The Panthers are coming off a 27-21 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs last week, as they fell to 3-9 on the season. Carolina lost to Atlanta in Week 4, 30-28, when kicker Matt Bryant made a 40-yard field goal with five seconds left in the fourth quarter to give the Falcons the win.
Atlanta's only loss came against the New Orleans Saints, 31-27, in Week 10. At 11-1, the Falcons are in first place in the NFC, three wins ahead of the 8-3-1 San Francisco 49ers.
The Falcons are a perfect 6-0 at home this season, while the Panthers are 2-4 on the road.
