NFL inactives, Week 14: Ravens vs. Redskins

Terrell Suggs won’t be able to play against the Redskins due to a torn bicep, further limiting Baltimore’s defense.

In what is one of the most important games this week, the Washington Redskins will play host to the Baltimore Ravens at FedEx Field on Sunday.

The biggest name on either inactive list is Terrell Suggs, who will miss the action with a torn right bicep. Another surprise inactive is Brandon Banks for Washington, the diminutive speedster. He's out with a hip injury.

With a win, the Redskins could move into a tie and technically first place in the NFC East over the New York Giants, should Big Blue lose to the New Orleans Saints. However, a loss could spell doom for Washington, so the tightrope walk continues.

Baltimore is in a much more secure playoff position, although a bye could be hanging in the balance. After losing a heartbreaker to the Pittsburgh Steelers last week, the Ravens are trying to bounce back.

The Ravens inactives, per their official twitter: Linebackers Terrell Suggs and Dannell Ellerbe, tight end Ed Dickson, corner Jimmy Smith, offensive lineman Ramon Harewood, defensive lineman Bryan Hall and wide receiver Deonte Thompson.

As for the Redskins, here are their inactives via ESPN980: Offensive lineman Josh LeRibeus, Adam Gettis and Tom Compton, quarterback Rex Grossman, linebacker Roddrick Muckelroy, and wide receivers Brandon Banks and Dezmon Briscoe.
