On what should have been a quick throw to Antonio Brown, an offensive lineman was pushed into the path of the pass. This caused it to dribble into the end zone where Antonio Brown tried to pick it up, failed, the Chargers recovered, and it was a touchdown.
We may not have many more weeks with Norv Turner, but the Chargers are sending him out with a bang, and the Steelers are helping with their ineptitude.
