‘The Full Nelson’ Hangs With NFL Rookies

Last weekend we headed out to Los Angeles to film the NFLPA’s Rookie Premiere Event. The union invited 35 of the league’s top rookies to the city for three days to attend seminars, work in the community and put on the uniforms for the first time.

While there, they also had to be subjected to the SB Nation lights and cameras. We had exclusive access to the rookies, who, we have to say, were really accommodating, full of personality and welcoming to us even though we’re media. My partner, Dan Rubenstein, came along for the ride and for this week’s Full Nelson we’ve morphed into the Full Rubenstein. Dan and I interview the players, participate in football drills and just generally make life fun and exciting.
