Erin Andrews Is Leaving ESPN

On Friday afternoon, Richard Deitsch of SI.com reported that Erin Andrews was being “aggressively” pursued by Fox Sports and the two sides had even met recently to discuss a role.

We’re assuming ESPN saw that report because shortly after the story posted, ESPN PR tweeted out confirmation that Andrews is leaving.

Her contract was set to expire at the end of this month.

If she ends up agreeing to a deal with Fox Sports, it’s expected to be a “major role” in their college football coverage, according to Deitsch.
