Buffalo Bills Training Camp Starts July 25

The Buffalo Bills' training camp will get underway on Wednesday, and Bills fans have more reason to be excited than in about two decades. The reason at the top of the list is offseason free agent acquisition Mario Williams, the defensive end who, paired with last year's Top 5 pick Marcell Dareus, is expected to turn Buffalo into one of the more dangerous pass-rushing teams in the league.

Behind Williams, this year's first-round pick, Stephon Gilmore, an athletic marvel at the cornerback position, should be ready to jump in and team with Leodis McKelvin and Jairus Byrd for a ball-hawking secondary primarily focused on forcing turnovers.

On offense, Bills fans will be happy to see running back Fred Jackson back in action after he spent the majority of the 2011 season on injured reserve. Jackson led the team to a hot start while averaging 93 rushing yards per game, to go along with being one of the best receiving threats out of the backfield. Jackson and C.J. Spiller figure to thrill fans as they go back and forth with backfield reps. Couple that with Ryan Fitzpatrick throwing bombs to Stevie Johnson and Vince Young hanging around — he'll be doing something, I guess — and it should be a fun time in Western New York.
