Former Pitt Panthers and current Philadelphia Eagles running back Dion Lewis was arrested early Saturday morning in Albany, N.Y. Lewis and his older brother were charged with banging on a locked glass door of a hotel and pulling the hotel fire alarm around 4 a.m. Saturday morning.

Lewis was reportedly intoxicated during the incident, according to The (Albany) Times Union.

Smith said Dion Lewis was a guest at the hotel, and added both men were intoxicated at the time of the incident.
They were charged with falsely reporting a fire, a felony, and misdemeanor reckless endangerment. Dion Lewis, 21, was released after his arraignment in City Court. Lamar Lewis, 35, was being held at Albany County jail without bail. Lewis hung up the telephone when reached for comment Monday.

Lewis was a fifth-round draft pick of the Eagles in the 2011 NFL Draft, picking up 102 yards on 23 carries with a touchdown his rookie season. He also served as a kick returner.
