Dez Bryant Injury Update: MRI Reveals Tendinitis

Dallas Cowboys receiver Dez Bryant reportedly has a sprained patellar tendon, according to the team.

Bryant received an MRI on the knee after slipping on the turf during today's practice with the San Diego Chargers, and had told reporters he was "OK" as he headed into to get his knee examined.

It's great news for the Dallas Cowboys, who were facing the possibility of having significant injuries to their top three receiving threats with Jason Witten and Miles Austin already out. Receivers Andre Holmes and Tim Benford were also injured in practice today.

Bryant appears to be in high spirits following the results of the MRI, tweeting this just minutes after the team made the results public.
