Michael Vick Should Learn To Slide Feet First

Every time Michael Vick takes off running I hold my breath not only because he does some pretty crazy stuff but because he always seems so close to getting lit up by a defender.

Even when he slides he doesn’t seem to be protecting himself.

He was diving for the first down marker there, I know. And he wasn’t hurt. But when you weigh that against a concussion or another injury from diving head first -- especially in the preseason -- it’s not worth it.
