David Nelson Injury: Torn ACL, Out For Year
After it was reported that Nelson would undergo an MRI Monday to diagnose the injury, ESPN’s Adam Schefter tweeted the news on Monday afternoon.
Nelson, the Bills’ second-leading receiver last season, injured himself in the fourth quarter while making a cut away from the ball. Even though he left the field under his own power, BuffaloNews.com reported that Nelson was moved from the locker room to the team bus in a cart.
