NFL Injury Report: NFC West Stays Healthy During Perfect Week 2

Teams in the NFC West were without a couple of their key offensive playmakers in Week 2, although that did not stop the division from going a perfect 4-0. Here is a recap of which players missed time on Sunday afternoon and if any key players were forced to leave the game.

49ers:

The San Francisco 49ers were without rookie wide receiver A.J. Jenkins against the Lions. Ted Ginn did not play with an ankle injury, nor did LaMichael James with a foot issue. The 49ers suffered a scare when tight end Vernon Davis was poked in the eye, but he returned to the field shortly after being checked out by the medical staff.

Cardinals:

Arizona was pretty healthy entering Week 2, and all three of their questionable players, Patrick Peterson, Adrian Wilson and Rashad Johnson, saw playing time. Beanie Wells appeared to be nicked up a bit in the second half, but nothing that kept him out for more than a play or two.

Rams:

The Rams were without first-round pick Michael Brockers on Sunday, who has the most notable player on their injured list. Rokevious Watkins and Matt Conrath were both out as well. Running back Steven Jackson left the game with a hamstring injury, and his status is unclear. Left tackle Rodger Saffold left early with a knee injury and did not return.

Seahawks:

The Seahawks were without starting left tackle Russell Okung, who did not practice much during the week with a bruised left knee. Okung injured the knee in Week 1 and was unable to make it onto the field, although Seattle was able to manage without him as they scored 27 points.
