The list of NFL inactives are pouring in from around the league, and the Cowboys will be without a couple of key contributors on the defensive side of the ball for their matchup against the Buccaneers. Jay Ratliff, Gerald Sensabaugh, and Kenyon Coleman will all be out for Dallas.
