Martz spent the 2012 season as an NFL analyst for FOX Sports after coaching experience with several teams.

Martz, 61, spent the 2012 season off the field and instead served as an NFL analyst and color commentator for FOX Sports. Prior to that, he was the offensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears in 2010 and 2011. Martz also served as the offensive coordinator for the San Francisco 49ers and Detroit Lions after six seasons as the head coach of the Rams.
Castillo, 53, was the defensive coordinator for the Philadelphia Eagles in 2011 and part of 2012, before he was fired mid-season. Prior to his promotion to defensive coordinator, Castillo served as the offensive line coach of the Eagles for 13 seasons.
The Raiders fired Greg Knapp from his offensive coordinator position after just one season. The team hired head coach Dennis Allen on Jan. 24, 2012, and the Raiders finished 4-12 in his first year with the team.
