New England Patriots defensive tackle Vince Wilfork spoke with the media in Wednesday's set of pressers. His team is preparing to face the Baltimore Ravens in the conference title on Sunday. And naturally, the Pats are under the spotlight late in the postseason.
Ravens vs. Patriots: Vince Wilfork says ‘Flacco plays to win’
New England Patriots defensive tackle Vince Wilfork spoke to the media on Wednesday. We discuss his comments surrounding the AFC Championship game this weekend.

Wilfork went on to discuss the competitiveness of the Ravens and the critical nature of this weekend’s game, stating that it is indeed win or go home. But he was not surprised -- it’s the AFC Championship -- and he knows how tough the Ravens are.
He knows that both teams belong to be where they are, competing for a Super Bowl, and projected a great deal of admiration for Ray Lewis and his squad. And since he will be directly competing with the Ravens offense, he was the first to note quarterback Joe Flacco.
“He stays poised, no matter how bad things get or how good things are. He’s a tough quarterback, he’s a competitor and it shows...He’s got a big heart and he plays to win,” Wilfork said.
We’re only a few days away from one of the better grudge matches in pro football.
