Bruce Arians will bring along a frequent coworker to be his offensive coordinator with the Arizona Cardinals, tapping Harold Goodwin, his offensive line coach with both the Indianapolis Colts and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Goodwin - the brother of Pro Bowl lineman Jonathan Goodwin - has worked under Arians at multiple stops. First, Goodwin was offensive line coach and in charge of quality control for the Steelers while Arians was offensive coordinator. The two won a title there, with Goodwin in charge of a strong Steelers' front line that helped the team win the Super Bowl in 2008. When Arians took the same job with the Indianapolis Colts this year, Goodwin followed him, serving as the Colts' offensive line coach.
As the Cards' offensive coordinator, Goodwin has a tough job ahead of him. The Cardinals scored 15.6 points per game this past season, second-worst in the league. The team played four different quarterbacks in 2012, none of whom were particularly effective. They didn't have much of a running game with LaRod Stephens-Howling and Beanie Wells splitting carries, and could be losing Larry Fitzgerald this off-season.
