Baltimore Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco will be cozy and comfy during Sunday's Super Bowl in New Orleans.
2013 Super Bowl: Joe Flacco thinks a cold-weather Super Bowl is ‘stupid’
Well, he had another word to describe next year’s Super Bowl in New York, but he rescinded it.

No rain. No snow. No clouds. Just a nice dome over his head.
But next year? Oh, no way. He’s not going to be happy if he has to play outside in next year’s Super Bowl in New York. That’s just a dumb idea, Flacco told the media Monday:
“I think it’s retarded,” Flacco said at his Super Bowl news conference Monday, via the Denver Post. “I probably shouldn’t say that. I think it’s stupid. If you want a Super Bowl, put a retractable dome on your stadium. Then you can get one. Other than that, I don’t really like the idea. I don’t think people would react very well to it, or be glad to play anybody in that kind of weather.”
Super Bowl XLVIII will be held Feb. 2, 2014, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. It is the first Super Bowl to be played outdoors in a cold-weather environment. MetLife Stadium beat out Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Fla., and Sun Life Stadium in Miami, Fla., to earn the event.

Despite playing in a fairly cold environment in Baltimore, Flacco would not be happy to play the most important game of the season in potential snow or freezing-cold temperatures.
Flacco is competing in his first Super Bowl. While he tries to lead the Ravens to a victory, he's also trying to secure a new contract that is worth about $20 million a year. Or, to put it in simple terms, "Drew Brees money."
Super Bowl XLVII takes place Sunday at 6:30 p.m. in New Orleans.
