Super Bowl 2013: Nike rolls out new uniforms for 49ers, Ravens
Baltimore and San Francisco will be outfitted with the latest and lightest in uniform technology from Nike.

When they take the field for Super Bowl XLVII on Sunday, the Baltimore Ravens and San Francisco 49ers will be wearing fancy new uniforms and cleats featuring Nike's latest advancements in equipment technology.
The uniforms, designed with the company’s Elite 51 technology, stylistically look similar to those featured during the regular season, as viewers will see the same collar and overall slimmer look. The cleats, however, are Nike’s Alpha Pro Cleats, said to possess deep-gripping cleats for precision cutting and a lightweight feel, which is certainly better than concrete shoes.
It’s no surprise to see Nike using football’s biggest stage as a springboard for showcasing their latest advancements in upgrading uniforms. We’ll see if there’s a noticeable difference.
