Andy Reid rumors: Chiefs hope to finish deal on Friday, according to report
Andy Reid is expected to be named the next head coach of the Kansas City Chiefs.

Reid and the Arizona Cardinals canceled their scheduled meeting, and the Chiefs no longer have any coaching candidates scheduled for interviews as they attempt to finalize a deal with their new coach.
Kansas City finished 2-14 this season, which resulted in the firing of Romeo Crennel at the end of the year.
Reid was also fired at the conclusion of the 2012 season after he led the Philadelphia Eagles to a 4-12 record. Reid posted a 130-93-1 record in 14 seasons as the head coach in Philadelphia.
Reid was initially expected to visit Arizona and San Diego in the offseason but has since canceled those trips after negotiations with the Kansas City Chiefs continued on Thursday.
The Chiefs ended the season on a four-game losing streak and tied the Jacksonville Jaguars for the worst record in the NFL this season.
