Vikings vs. Packers injury report: Christian Ponder listed as questionable

The Vikings quarterback suffered an elbow injury against the Packers in Week 17.

The Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers are mostly healthy for Saturday's game in the Wild Card round of the playoffs, but Vikings quarterback Christian Ponder is listed on the team's injury report as questionable with an elbow injury. Despite practicing on a limited basis throughout the week, Jason Wilde of ESPN Wisconsin reports that Ponder is expected to play.

Also listed as questionable for the Vikings, but expected to play, is cornerback Antoine Winfield with a broken hand. The veteran defensive back attempted to play with the injury in Week 17, but was forced to leave the game when he aggravated the injury. He is expected to play on Saturday with a cast to protect his hand.

The only question on the Packers injury report is whether they will have running back James Starks return to the field. The third-year running back returned to practice on a limited basis this week, but is listed as questionable against the Vikings. He has been out of the lineup since suffering a knee injury against the Vikings in early December.

Packers rookies Jarrett Boykin and Jerel Worthy are both listed as out and the latter is expected to miss the rest of the postseason as well.
