More on the matchup: The Cincinnati Bengals and Detroit Lions last met in 2009 when Carson Palmer and Chad Johnson hooked up for a 36-yard touchdown pass, fueling a 23-13 victory. Matthew Stafford has evolved as a quarterback since his rookie-season loss, but the Lions have to find a way to get Calvin Johnson the ball more often. He's on pace for fewer than 1,000 yards, which would be his lowest total since an injury-shortened 2009 season.
