St. Louis Rams wide receiver Chris Givens left Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers with an apparent ankle injury.
Chris Givens injury: Rams WR being looked at by trainers
The St. Louis Rams could be without top receiver Chris Givens in the second half.

Givens gained 24 yards on a sideline pass before being taken down by a diving tackler. He was able to stand, but was noticeably in pain before heading to the sideline to be evaluated by trainers. Givens was pointing to his ankle and had his head in his hands as trainers removed his cleat, but did not leave the field.
Pressure will be on rookie Tavon Austin if Givens is forced to miss any significant time. He has had an up-and-down day in Carolina as Austin fumbled the ball early to allow the Panthers to regain field position after a long drive, then caught a deep Sam Bradford pass for the touchdown that was erased by a penalty.
The Rams are moving the ball effectively through the air, already throwing for 127 yards with over five minutes remaining in the first half, but this could be limited without their top receiver.
