Both of Peyton Manning's ankles are sprained, according to ESPN's Chris Mortensen. Manning has a high ankle sprain in his right leg and is going to receive a painkiller before Sunday's game against the Redskins, per Mortensen.
Peyton Manning injury: Broncos QB has 2 sprained ankles, per report
Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning is banged up heading into Week 8.

Manning suffered the high ankle sprain during the Broncos' first loss of the season in Week 7 against the Colts. The injury occurred on a sack by Colts outside linebacker and former Manning teammate Robert Mathis. Manning was able to finish the game against the Colts and will play against the Redskins.
With the Redskins ranking among the worst against the pass and the run, the Broncos will have plenty of options on offense during Sunday’s game. Manning will likely limit his motion in the pocket and depend on the run game a bit more. The Broncos lead the league in passing yards, and the injuries to Manning’s ankles are not likely to stop their offensive production.
