The Miami Dolphins are expected to place left tackle Jonathan Martin on the non-football injury list with his absence now being listed as "indefinite," according to Mike Garafolo of Fox Sports. The lineman has been listed as out for Sunday's game with an "illness," after originally being classified as doubtful. He is expected to be placed on the non-football injury list soon.
Dolphins’ Jonathan Martin on indefinite absence, expected to be placed on NFI list
The young offensive lineman will be placed on the non-football injury list, according to the latest reports.

Martin abruptly departed the team’s facilities earlier this week after an apparent incident in the cafeteria, in which the offensive lineman allegedly smashed a food tray and quickly walked out after teammates stated they refused to sit with him during the meal.
Reports have since stated that Martin was apparently the victim of an “abusive” environment while with the Dolphins since joining the team in 2012, and this latest “prank” by the team was the final straw. Martin’s teammates have denied teasing or bullying the young lineman, with reports stating that the hazing crossed over into personal and family insults.
Martin became the starting left tackle for the Dolphins this season after Jake Long departed via free agency, with Miami allowing an NFL-high 32 sacks so far in 2013.
