Some Miami Dolphins players have denied the claims made by David Cornwell, Jonathan Martin's attorney, that the locker room has a history of physical violence. Tyson Clabo, Olivier Vernon and Nolan Carroll were among those who reportedly spoke out against the claim that there was a "malicious physical attack" on Martin. All of them said that there was nothing like that going on in the locker room.

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jerome Simpson has been arrested on a misdemeanor DWI charge. Simpson refused a breathalyzer test and was arrested on a probable cause DWI on Saturday morning. He could legally be held until noon on Tuesday, and may miss the team's Sunday game against the Seattle Seahawks.

The NFL has appointed Ted Wells, a New York attorney with prior experience with sports-related cases, to investigate all of the claims Martin has made against Incognito and the Dolphins organization.
On the Incognito side, he reportedly feels “shocked” and “betrayed” by the claims made by Martin in the public space. The report also said that Incognito felt that he and Martin were friends, and this has blindsided him at this point. Lastly, an interview of Incognito from Jay Glazer of FOX Sports will air on Sunday, so he’ll get to speak his mind on what’s happened thus far.
Linked above is the report that the Dolphins took appropriate action in regards to the incident last year in which Incognito was accused of sexually harassing a female volunteer at a Dolphins golf event. Head coach Joe Philbin said that the team took “immediate action” after being made aware of the situation.
Then there was a report that suggested Incognito was in danger of being released prior to the 2013 season. The Dolphins were reportedly concerned with the various offseason incidents Incognito was involved in, most of which reportedly involved the abuse of alcohol. At the very least, the man keeps busy.
