Ravens vs. Bears 2013 picks and predictions: Most experts picking Chicago to rebound

Both teams need a win Sunday to stay in their respective conference races, but who do the experts think will come out victorious?

Matt Marton-USA TODAY Sports

The Baltimore Ravens and the Chicago Bears had important divisional games in Week 10, but only one of them came out on top. The Ravens beat the Cincinnati Bengals in overtime last Sunday, and the Bears lost to the Detroit Lions. Both could use a win this week.

The Bears are at home, but have lost four of their last six games after a 3-0 start. Josh McCown will once again start in place of an injured Jay Cutler (ankle), one week after Cutler came back from a groin injury that forced him to miss one start. Some Chicago fans think the Bears actually have a better shot with McCown.

The Ravens nearly blew a late lead when the Bengals' A.J. Green caught a Hail Mary touchdown pass to force OT, but they managed to win and end a three-game losing streak. It was a much-needed victory that put Baltimore just 1.5 games back of Cincinnati.

Here at SBNation, four of six panelists believe Chicago will take care of business at home with McCown. The Bears are 1-0 with McCown as starter, so it’s not necessarily a downgrade in that respect. Conversely, five of eight experts at CBS Sports think Baltimore picks up the win on the road.

Everyone, including the fans, at Yahoo Sports thinks the Bears will win. Chicago is also the heavy favorite over at ESPN, where most are also going with the Bears.
