Baltimore Ravens tight end Dennis Pitta likely won't be activated to play until Week 14, according to a report from Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun.
Dennis Pitta injury update: Ravens TE expected back in Week 14
The Ravens tight end isn’t expected to get back on the field until Dec. 8.

Pitta suffered a dislocated and fractured hip during training camp in July, and he was placed on the injured reserve-designated to return list prior to the start of the season. The Ravens have a three-week window in which to either activate Pitta onto the roster or to place him on season-ending injured reserve, with the first open week coming prior to Sunday's game against the New York Jets.
The veteran tight end participated in all three practices this past week. That said, the Ravens are set for a quick turnaround to play on Thursday against the Steelers and it's likely that Pitta is held out until the Dec. 8 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings to ensure he's fully healthy before getting back on the field.
Pitta enjoyed a breakout season in 2012, with 61 receptions for 669 yards and seven touchdowns for the Ravens.
