The NFL Players Association released a statement on Saturday, saying that they have not launched an investigation into offensive lineman Richie Incognito in connection with the ongoing Jonathan Martin drama. Martin left the team after an incident in the team cafeteria in which his fellow players were playing a prank on him, and ESPN had reported that Incognito was being investigated specifically.
NFL news roundup: NFLPA not investigating Richie Incognito, Dashon Goldson out and more
The NFL Players Association is not investigating Richie Incognito, Dashon Goldson is out for Week 9 and more you might have missed from Saturday.

Here’s what else you might have missed from Saturday:
Tampa Bay Buccaneers safety Dashon Goldson will miss the team's Week 9 game against the Seattle Seahawks, the team announced Saturday. Goldson didn't travel with the team due to a knee injury. He was officially listed as questionable on the Friday injury report, and the team hoped he would be able to play, but they didn't see what they needed to see before traveling on Saturday.
Detroit Lions wide receiver Nate Burleson likely won't be ready for the team's Week 10 matchup against the Chicago Bears. Burleson broke his arm prior to the team's Week 4 game, and has been targeting a post-bye return all along. The Lions are currently on said bye week. The matchup with Chicago will be an important divisional game, but if Burleson isn't ready to go, then he isn't ready to go.
The Cincinnati Bengals have reached out to free agent defensive tackle Jay Ratliff. The team lost Geno Atkins for the seaosn with a torn ACL, and Ratliff would be suitable replacement. However, Ratliff himself is dealing with hamstring injuries and won't be ready just yet, but the door appears to be open for him in Cincinnati once healthy.
