Miami Dolphins offensive guard Richie Incognito will not play another down for the organization, according to Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald.
Richie Incognito ‘done’ in Miami, according to report
It appears the Miami Dolphins have made their decision on the future of offensive guard Richie Incognito.

The Dolphins are currently working with the NFL to determine exactly what happened in their locker room to prompt second-year offensive tackle Jonathan Martin to leave the team and seek counseling.
“He’s done,” a ranking club source said Monday. “There are procedures in place and everyone wants to be fair. The NFL is involved. But from a club perspective he’ll never play another game here.”
Incognito is currently suspended for “conduct detrimental to the team” after it came to light that he was using racial slurs and threats directed at Martin. Reports emerged over the weekend that Incognito bullied Martin, which caused him to take to Twitter claiming false speculation by ESPN.
There has been no activity from Incognito’s personal account since information was released Monday on a threatening voice mail message he left Martin in April.
Incognito is an unrestricted free agent following the season. It remains to be seen if he will play again this season, or whether another organization will attempt to sign him in 2014.
