Needing a win to keep pace with the Detroit Lions in the NFC North, the Chicago Bears dropped an important game to the lowly Minnesota Vikings on Sunday afternoon as Adrian Peterson gashed them for 211 yards. The Indianapolis Colts where able to bolster their postseason standings, knocking off the Tennessee Titans and all but ensuring a division title.

Denver vs. Kansas City may not have quite the same allure after both teams lost in Week 12, but it will still go a long way in deciding who comes out on top in the AFC.


While the New England Patriots avoided an upset in Houston and stayed alive for the top seed in the AFC, the Jacksonville Jaguars won for the third time in four games. That now officially puts the Jaguars behind the Texans in the draft order. Those two teams meet again on Thursday.
Two weeks after the Denver Broncos knocked off the Kansas City Chiefs to take the top spot in the AFC, the division rivals square off again Sunday. Both teams lost in Week 12, but the game will still decide who takes the lead in the conference.
