Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Munchak told reporters on Monday that he's not concerned about his job security, according to Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean. When asked about his future, Munchak said, "We have three games to go. We have a lot of football to play, so that is not a concern right now."

Most believe Munchak is on the hot seat after another disappointing season at the helm. There are clearly those who believe the Titans should be better than they’ve looked on the field, and the 3-1 start to this season certainly didn’t temper expectations.
The Titans are 5-8, and currently riding a two-game losing skid. One has to think losing more games this season could lead to Munchak getting fired this offseason. Then again, the more intriguing question is probably whether or not winning the next three games would even be enough to save his job.
Tennessee will take on the Arizona Cardinals, Jacksonville Jaguars and Houston Texans to end the season. All three of those teams are beatable, and Munchak would do well to start there. Munchak's contract expires after the 2014 season, but after the team spent more than $100 million on free agents, it's not likely to make the playoffs this season.
