Steelers vs. Bengals update: Pittsburgh beating Cincinnati 27-7 at halftime

This wasn’t the start the Bengals envisioned.

The Cincinnati Bengals entered Sunday Night Football with a chance to take over the No. 2 seed in the AFC with a win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. But things haven't gotten off to the best start for Cincinnati, as it trails the Steelers 27-7 at halftime.

Pittsburgh's offense was clicking from the outset. Le'Veon Bell punched in a touchdown early, and Antonio Brown scored consecutive touchdowns to give the Steelers a 21-0 lead before the first quarter was over.

The Bengals didn't claw back until Pittsburgh had built up a 24-0 lead. After a big kick return, Cincinnati was able to find the end zone. Cincy gave the ball to Giovani Bernard, and he finished off the drive with a touchdown. A late field goal has the Steelers up by 20 points heading into the second half.

Cincinnati isn't exactly a team built to play from behind, so the second half should be a big test for Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton.
