Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is "very concerned" about the team being without Sean Lee for any length of time, according to Jon Mchota of the Dallas Morning News. Lee sustained a neck injury in Week 14 against the Chicago Bears and missed the team's Week 15 game. He doesn't know when he'll be able to return, if at all.
Sean Lee injury: Jerry Jones concerned Cowboys LB out for season
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is concerned for the team’s defense with Sean Lee possibly out for the season.

“We had to quit doing things on defense that we had been doing,” Jones said, via another Tweet from Machota, “That compromised us.”
It’s true that Lee, a linebacker, is the leader of the defense and he’s the one that’s counted on to make sure everyone has the playcall and is lined up properly. Not to mention, he’s been incredibly good of late, and the Cowboys have struggled without him. He’s one of the surer tacklers in the league and that presence is sorely missed.
Dallas held a 23-point lead over the Green Bay Packers in Week 15, but allowed Green Bay to come back. Things certainly could have been different with Lee in the lineup. Dallas isn't yet out of the playoff running, but winning out will be a challenge.
